How to Browse my pictures in Bucket?

Here's how to browse photos stored in Bucket (Mac) using the PicBucket app. The app organizes photos into folders, allowing you to intuitively find them by date.

1. Enter the "Browse Bucket" menu

From the app's main dashboard (the "Photo Storage" screen), tap the purple "Bucket Browse" button in the upper right corner. This button takes you to the storage of your currently connected Bucket (Mac).

2. Select Year

The screen displays folders by the year in which the photos were taken (e.g., 2025, 2017, 2012, 2009, etc.). Select the folder for the year you want to view.

3. Browse by Month and Day

Selecting a year will allow you to access subfolders for more detailed date selection.

  • Select Month: Select the folder for the month (e.g., 12) that contains photos from that year.
  • Select Day: A screen will appear with the day (e.g., 1, 2, ... 25) displayed like calendar numbers. Tap the desired date.

4. View Photos

Finally, photos saved on that date will appear in a grid. You can scroll through the photos backed up on your Mac here.

💡 Navigation Tips
  • Go back: Tap the arrow (<) button on the left side of the screen to return to the parent folder (Day → Month → Year).
  • Go home: Tap the Home icon in the upper right corner of the screen to immediately go to the top-level year selection screen.
