1. No Server-Side Collection
The App is designed as a local backup tool. The Company does not collect, store, or transmit your
personal information or photo/video data to our servers. All data transfers occur strictly
within your local network (Wi-Fi) between your mobile device and your personal computer.
2. Information Handled by the App
To provide its core functionality, the App interacts with the following data:
- Photos and Videos: The App accesses your gallery to transfer selected files to your PC.
This data is not shared with the Company or any third parties.
- Wi-Fi and Connection Information: The App accesses Wi-Fi SSID and connection status to
identify and connect to your PC on the same network.
- Device Information: The App may identify your device model to facilitate a stable
connection between the phone and the PC.
3. Permissions and Their Purpose
The App requests the following permissions for specific reasons:
- Photos/Media/Files (Storage): Required to read and transfer your media files to your
personal PC.
- Nearby Devices / Location: Used solely to identify the Wi-Fi SSID and establish a local
network connection with your PC. The App does not track or store your physical
location.
4. No Third-Party Sharing
The Company does not share, sell, or provide any user data to third-party companies, advertising networks, or
analytics providers. Your data remains entirely under your control within your private network.
5. Data Security
- Direct Transfer: Since data is transferred directly from your device to your PC via a
local network, it does not pass through external cloud servers, minimizing the risk of data leakage.
- User Responsibility: As the transfer may not be encrypted in certain local
environments, we recommend using the App only within a secured and trusted Wi-Fi network.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from
children under 13.
